Chris Finch has been playing guitar for over  13 years. I had the privilege of teaching Chris when he first started playing. He was an excellent student who would always show up to his lessons having mastered what was taught to him the week before.

In 2005 he completed a diploma in Contemporary Music and Technology at Selkirk College.  Later that year he received a scholarship for top performance.

Along the way, his dedication to music has awarded him the opportunity to learn from many great guitar players in a wide variety of genres.

Chris currently teaches through Long & McQuade in Victoria BC, Canada.

His most recent project was the progressive rock band November Rising.
